Therapy, grounded in your values.

Jesse Beulke, LMFT

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Amid the abundance of information and perspectives on mental health, it can be challenging to sift through what fits your unique situation and values. Together, we identify what matters most to you, explore patterns that drive your life, and craft practical, values-aligned strategies for change. Our experiences shape us, but they don’t have to limit our ability to adapt and lead fulfilling lives. My approach is steady, collaborative, and grounded in insight and action, offering a space where each client can feel understood and supported.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship and family dynamics, career and life transitions, and religious trauma. I also offer structured, evidence-based treatment for sleep problems using CBT-I, as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma and related challenges.

With a background as a musician, educator, and athlete, I also enjoy working with students, teachers, & creative professionals who carry unique forms of pressure, perfectionism, and burnout. I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor treatment to each client’s goals, balancing both practical tools with exploration of patterns.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy long-distance running and all-things music. I enjoy singing and playing in musical ensembles and composing choral music when I can.
